Happy New Year to all at NZFF - and thanks for all the amazing screenshots. It's always a pleasure to see unusual shots - and this month's banner shot from Charl is no exception ... what a corker!

The Fw190 has always been one of my favourites: much better looking (IMHO) than the Me109. It must have been a fearsome adversary.

Adam, I agree about the FW190 and thanks for picking that shot.
It is in some ways a double credit banner, in that it is a repaint by JanKees Blom, well known hereabouts.
Above and beyond the call of duty, he took the trouble to upload revised liveries after Flying Iron changed the model.
