Pre-order of MSFS2024

I intend to pre-order a copy of MSFS2024 but I'm having some difficulty making the purchase. If I go into the site below and go into the "Store", select the version and go into my cart to make the payment, I'm asked to verify my address. It only gives an option for an American address, so I can't go further. Am I having a senior moment here and missing something, or is there a simpler way of making a pre-order? Is there anyone else having problems? Love to hear.

Hi Bruce
You can use the Microsoft Store app on your PC, if you don't normally use this, just click on Start and type 'store'. This should be linked to your account, and take you to the NZ store.

Edit: of course you can also buy it via the Xbox app if you have it installed. Start | Xbox. I notice in the app there's this countdown, which is very comforting!

Is the preorder available via Steam? I do prefer that method. Easy and most files are accessible for modding.

EDIT: if I had proceeded with my normal breakfast browsing routine of:

Then I would have found my answer as the first item on the FSElite website. That being, yes, it is.
