MSFS 2020: Making London Great Again

World Update XVII gave a much-needed lift to the London scenery.
I had a look, starting from London City Airport - always loved the sheer gumption of the concept!
The Heavenly EC120 had an update too, and I am able to fly west in it, without having to engage reverse...

Not a big fan of darkness in a sim, but the night lighting worked out OK without needing more addons I reckon

It's all there for the tourist: Buckingham Palace, The Mall, St. James Park, Birdcage Walk you name it. I was even able to find a pretty authentic representation of the hotel we stayed at earlier this year. Well done MS and Asobo.

   Certainly looks great. AFS can't match that - yet. A community member did do a London scenery for AFS2, but it needed a very powerful CPU and GPU combination.

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Yes it’s a visual feast compare to the older generation sims.

Marty...
optical overload

The sim is full of surprises good and not so good!
In this case I am well pleased with what hey have achieved overall.
But: for some reason, HMS Belfast has gotten lost from its post at Tower Bridge, to be replaced with two generic motor cruisers!
And, possibly a PG artifact: all the ships on the Thames are beached on a sand bank surrounding the hull.

On the plus side, there is full interaction with the user group so quite likely to be mended in near future.
