one of the few remaining airworthy B-17's is actually based at La Ferté: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Pink_Lady_(aircraft)
although she has been in storage for a while now...

the odd one in the pic is the Short Stirling, as far as I know, no more (complete) Stirlings exist...
