Why can't I see preview images for my Yuotube video posts

Can anyone help me with this one? I paste the YT video link in the given field and then click on "Insert into post" or something like that. The video does get posted but all I see is a grey box instead on the thumbnail preview.

You've done it right, preview is showing up when I go to the post

Sometimes it takes a while for those previews to load
