That's a fair old way to Mangere, you might just run out of gas
EDIT: then again, Jean Batten didn't know it was a short range sport aeroplane, did she now?

Hmm, sore point, really. I'm beginning to think that it might not be a 2018 release after all!

Competition is closed by way of the closing shot!
I posted a similar one but not I think, this one.
It shows why AFS2 is leading the graphics charge.

Great shot!!! I must admit, every time I see an AFS2 image I'm amazed at how photographic the lighting is.

If only LM could do the same for my tired old P3D, for which I have a gazillion add-ons - none of which I can afford to re-buy.

Woke up this morning and decided Three Criteria for this competition
  • Does it gobsmack you?
    Is it NZ-centric?
Does the author own the Godzone products?

jankees' entry goes Yes/Yes/No and so takes it.

Aharon gets the "exceptional" prize of NZCH when Robin produces it.
Well done, you certainly stretched the imagination (and credibility), and I also rate this your best screen to date.

I nominate adamski's effort, for reasons valid on so many levels, to be the Forum Banner in perpetuity or until the admins can think of a reason to change it :)

It's a bit like that British Railways station announcement back in the 1950s - "The train now arriving at Platform 3 comes to us as a complete surprise"

Is it my imagination or did I win addon software of the coming new NZCH scenery?

Let me rub my eyes first to be sure I am reading right that I won the prize.

woo wooo many many many thanks to Charl, Robin, and NZFF organization for liking my screenshot and for generosity in awarding me a nice and totally awesome NZCH prize! And also thanks to Adamski for informing me of wrong screenshot size so that I would not hurt or blow my chances for winning screenshot by asking me to change screenshot size.
