D'Andre's back...

A place to converse about the general aspects of flight simulation in New Zealand

D'Andre's back...

As we've talked about here before, AirDailyX didn't really do much of what was promised when D'Andre handed it over to the new owner. Sure, we still get most of the news, but without the extra 'opinion' pieces which D'Andre did so well. He's back now with Flight Level Three Five Zero, which he's said isn't designed to replace any of the existing news sites, it just gives him an outlet for his enthusiasm for flightsim. Seems to have got off to a good start, his one hour podcast actually goes for two hours, but it's very entertaining.
He does say in the first podcast that AirDailyX was never meant to be a news site first and foremost, it was a way to spread the word for developers, and this was certainly a great thing to have -- he was a keen promoter of lots of smaller developers, including Godzone. Even the FL350 news item for Flightbeam's upcoming NZWN manages to get my name out there:)

That is good news and I will certainly take a look. ADX has been off my breakfast reading for some time now. They struggle to put out 1 news item a week and it has just lost that "feel".
FSElite seems to have come on leaps and bounds since the demise of ADX.
