I have not viewed this myself but I thought that it might be worth sharing with those that don't fly the heavy tin.
VFR is way too dangerous.....

I'm one off those pilots that would say fill it up Jack, navigation is done en-route via the , my NZ-NAV maps adjusting radio's and NDB as I plod along , makes it a little more work orientated , but I would have to look at this PlanG if I'm going to toddle overseas be ideal to have the map on this PC to check my ... as far as fuel again ... fill her up Joe , Jack's cousin 120 miles away.

I think it is a great bit of useful and practical software. Amazing that it is free..well donationware at least.

I'll have to give it a good look, very seldom do I head outside the NZ in FS , one advantage is the night , screen running rather to flick a light on to check an Atlas.
