I don't think so , I pretty much kept my eyeballs out , only this one here http://www.nzfsim.org/index.php , FSX I believe there is a prop texture issue

Interestingly there's no mention of it on the ARNZ website..

I have a copy installed on my machine, coincidentally have just been flying the ATR this week after a year or so break. Try pinging Jon first via his website as it really should only be distributed by him if it was his handywork.
