Off on switch for NZ Farm Strips

A place to converse about the general aspects of flight simulation in New Zealand

Postby Sonnyj » Fri Jan 24, 2014 10:26 am

Hi, Is there a way to turn off the scenery for farm strips in NZ?

I was thinking of creating a folder ("STRIPS") and putting the usual scenery and texture sub folders into add on scenery so I could unenable and enable these strips at will.

BUT!! where are they located in the FSX files? I found VLC_GPSStrips_Nth.BGL & VLC_GPSStrips_Sth.BGL or are they cvx_Airstrip_####.BGL files....or some other name?

The reason is it clutters up Plan G when small airfields are checked as on.

Thanks I hope.. Cheers Sonnyj

Run the VLC config tool, uncheck 'Ag airstrips GPS'.
