Well, yoke has arrived in NZ this morning. Probably another 48 hours before it has been released by Customs. I phones Customs today to find out what other charges will apply. GST + Transaction fee ($45). $45 for a transaction fee, so, I pay them to pay them?

I understand the GST but what the hek could justify $45 for a transaction fee? This is even paying with NZ currency not like there's any conversions.

Oh well got a really good deal on the Yoke + shipping together ($167 total) and other Yokes shown on eBay were up to the $900 USD mark and without any buttons too.
