You need an app called air display and a wifi network, yes it works with other panels. I found it useful to monitor my flights (squawkbox, gps,fmc) on my pc upstairs while I sat downstairs enjoying some "inflight" entertainment.

So I gave AirDisplay a whirl using my iPhone as a test. Its cool! I look forward to being able to use my wifes iPad as an FMC (When I'm allowed!) One question, I found that I had to keep a small amount of the FMC displayed on the main screen - otherwise the spanned display on the iPhone would lockup and not update. Is this the same in your experience (I ask as it looks like your FMC is just shown on the iPad and not overlapping onto the main display). Any thoughts would be appreciated. Cheers, Mat

I must try using Teamviewer on my laptop when my sim is running. I should be able to control the A/P and FMC etc as well....hmmm. I also run Active sky and squawkbox on the laptop (when online) so should still be able to hear the calls.

All these pretty toys we can add , i do like my auto pilot module .. i really need a radio adjuster , they don't nesserarly work alls the time but makes a flight with out a CP .. no not a Cowpatz .. a co-pilot almost believable he sitting right beside ya
