Pilot's diary / old flightplans ?

A place to converse about the general aspects of flight simulation in New Zealand

Postby gojozoom » Tue Sep 23, 2008 1:22 pm

Hi all,

It's not easy to explain what I'm looking for but I'll try my best.

I'm looking for something like a pilot's diary, or a mission package for New Zealand. I don't talk about extreme rescue missions but more about some old flight plans from the 50's-60's, for DC-6 , DeHavilland Devon and so on. It's a bit boring to choose a "random" destination all the time and I would find more challenge in "replicating the past".
A real flight plan set of TEAL or NAC or a diary would give me a nice set of flights and some more fun. Do you know any source for that?

It'd really change my Flightsim experience so any help would be greatly appriciated!

Cheers

Sorry, I should've place this under the Flights topic...

I've got just the site for you winkyy.gif

http://www.timetableimages.com/ttimages/list.htm

Start by clicking the Australia/ Pacific region, and then airline you want, and then you'll find some of them are have a link to view the entire time table. Unfortunately not all sad.gif wish they did.. But either way, sometimes they have a route map.

Thanks, Ian. Yep, I was impressed with its condition, too.
