Is there a program that automatically pauses Flightsim when you are say 150nm away from your gps destination etc.?

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.

There sure are plenty of programs. Head over to Avsim library and search for "pause" and you'll have plenty that you can choose from that will suit you best.
