You should only ever have one AFD for an airport, so adding a scenery should involv e a routine check of the MyTrafficX (or other) directory to resolve any conflict. This is a fundamental issue of the way these programs work, and does not make it a "piece of shite"
A few people here have had some display issues with MyTraffic (which I and many other people DON'T have), and are taking every opportunity to bad mouth it.
As Gaska said, the best place for support is the Aerosoft forum - hopefully you can get your issue (whatever it is - you didn't say) sorted.
I think you need to look around more, Ultimate traffic does NOT replace AFCADS, the AFCAD's are not the only thing that makes this program shite but if you want to waste your money go for it. Many of us here know what this program is so it is of little consequence to me.Last edited by ronindanbo on Mon May 12, 2008 4:49 pm, edited 1 time in total.

I think you rather proved my point.
Granted they just did such a good job I didnt notice!!!... shame Aerosofts developer couldent be stuffedTimmo wrote:QUOTE (Timmo @ May 15 2008, 09:35 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>My problem, as well as AFCADs at the incorrect altitude and position(i.e. a large
'crater' in lake Rotorua for the float plane runway) was also the low quality of the models and repaints and the fact that the uninstaller didnt clean up after itself.
Luckily I won it- I think id be a little more annoyed if I had paid for it.
Dont forget the non realistic fleet makeup, various untextured models and the lack of any realtime schedules.

There have been heaps of answers floating around...
If you're interested in NZ/AU traffic, check out VOZ AI (and also GNZLAP!). The issue with that is that it recreates almost all flights to/from NZ and Australia - there can be some double ups if you install other, airline-specific, packages.![]()
I'm sure an AI guru like Charl can enlighten you further...![]()
