does anyone know where i can get pacific blue domestic flight plans for Ai from please??

The most recent available from the AvSim library is:

Virgin Blue Winter 2007

File Description:
Winter 2007 plans for Virgin Blue and also includes plans for Polynesian Blue and Pacific Blue. MRAI compatible source files included and well as TTOOLS compatible files. See included readme.txt for info on repaints if needed.

Doesn't come with NZ domestic flight plans unfortunately....
