Good question - I believe she's in the restoration hangar, so not part of the main "display" area but still accessible. Call ahead in advance to find out the best day to visit, I think it may be Wednesdays. I went on a Sunday and there was a solitary guy in the restoration hangar who said "yeah take a look around". Theres a certain day where the volunteers are there in force and the public's allowed into the resto area, but I don't know which day it is.
BTW I was last there in 2005, and remember standing in her bomb-bay looking into the cockpit. First Mossie I ever saw in the fleshand I can say I've been in one
