I think you mean the add-on available from the Red Baron/Simpilotexperience website?

It corrects the airspace (classes/zones) in the South Pacific. :)

The south Pacific aerospace will correct the airspace boundaries. It wont change the American ATC voice.

See the FSX section for a discussion on 'EditVoicePack'- This still speaks in an American accent but is more realistic and allows the user to change pronunciation to something more closely representing reality....especially Maori words

If you want a wider range of voices and more realism for ATC you could try Radar Contact. It's a commercial ATC addon for FS9 and FSX. It uses different procedures for different regions, so you don't always get American standard ATC. For a full feature list see the JDT LLC website. I've been experimenting since I bought it, and it does add a lot to the challenge of making IFR flights. You can choose which pilot. copilot and controller voices you use, and I found at least 2 with close to a NZ accent (plus some more with British accents).

Yesterday I made a flight in a Citation X bizjet from NZQN to NZCH using SID and STAR procedures, and it handled the flight perfectly, including noting the fact that NZQN has a lot of terrain obstacles and telling me to maintain my own terrain clearance (NOTAM compliance). It will also divert you from a published approach if there is AI traffic in front of you, and will (usually) prevent AI traffic from entering the runway when you are on final. The only downside is that you no longer have the progressive taxi option, so if you are at a complex airport, you have to find your own way to the runway (though if you are taking off from the same runway as AI traffic, it will ask you to follow an AI plane when you ask for taxi clearance, a nice touch!)

In short, I'm happy with it, though being payware means it may not be your cup of tea.

David Gunson on Soviet ATC: "They have a super system there. When you want to fly from say Moscow to Leningrad, you are give three things: A height, a route and a speed. If you deviate from any of these three things you are joined by two MIG's on each wing and you land at the nearest available airfield. The passengers continue by coach, and the crew are never seen again. ... It's a super system, they don't get repetitive faults...
