Kiwi Air

A place to converse about the general aspects of flight simulation in New Zealand

Postby 747captain » Sun Jan 20, 2008 4:35 pm

Hey Everyone here at NZFF.

I have in my spare time painted some fsx aircraft and thought of making a virtual airline with them.
It is called KIWI AIR. A kiwi airline who operate the 747-400, the 737-800 and the BEECH KING AIR 350.
The Virtual Airline use VAFS3, most of you will know about it. www.vafinancials.com

So if you want to check it out go to:

Kiwi Air Website

Thanks, I look forward to meeting you guys in the forums.

Scott.

Kiwi Air was a real airline in New Zealand too, if people cast their minds back. They were the first non mainstream airline to offer a trans-tasman service. They flew trans-tasman out of Hamilton, Dunedin and I think, Invercargill. They had a small fleet of 727, 737 and (I think) 757 aircraft. Remember Ewen Wilson? The first pioneering aviation entrepreneur to get stomped all over by CAA.
