AVSIM and flightsim.com

Are they working together and sharing files? Because I just had a look to see if my repaint was uploaded yet(I know, optimistic) but my repaint for the Vista Liners 737 was there. I DID NOT uploaded to flightsim.com ONLY to AVSIM. Are they allowed to do that? I didn't include a "don't redistribute in anyway line" in case thats why.

This used to happen all the time, anything I'd upload to Avsim would show up on Flightsim. Back then Flightsim.com used to offer short-term full accounts in exchange for uploads. People where raiding Avsim and uploading to Flightsim to get free access. I'm pretty sure they don't offer that any more, but maybe people are still uploading for kudos.
