The VFR is another story (not for long with thinks like Real NZ etc..) The way the sim models IFR flight, is damn impressive. Having used real world IFR approach charts and then flying them in the sim, I can say that its almost 100% realistic.
guess u better go and pay for a flight then start making a better judgement , myself had 5 hours flying the orginal 767 sim by FlightEX with ANZ training Captian Dave Hornsbough beside me .....

exactly , Idea! go out and hire a plane , and see how well you do in a REAL cockpit !
