Postby spoons » Sat May 26, 2007 11:28 am

Hey all

Off to the Flight Sim Expo in Brisbane/Gold Coast end of October this year.

Was wondering If there was anyone who was heading over.

Those that don;t know have a look http://ozflightsimexpo.com

I've got my tickets with AirNZ and Can't wait to go, going Gis-Auck-Bris and back Bris-Well-GIS

Going for a week and Staying with some mates in Brisbane so not doing the Package deals.

Hope NZWN Duty Free is as good as NZAA. Have been though NZWN for an International before.

If you are going Might see ya there

don't think I'm quite into flight sim to justify a trip to OZ. especially seeing that it's been held at final exam time.

maybe we could do something like a display or table at modelx in auckland next year, last year they had train sim going there, seemed to draw a crowd, they were also selling some items, maybe we could get realnz there as a seller and so on, just a thought

In the ongoing battle between objects made of aluminum going hundreds of miles per hour and the ground going zero miles per hour, the ground has yet to lose.

That would be cool, I would most probably come up - especially if there was an NZ flightsim expo type thing. :)

I was thinking about that, but for an airshow. There are two in Hamilton within the next year which would be a good oppitunity..
