I have to wait another 21 hours before I can even download SP1..The current version of FS Recorder for FSX (1.3 beta 1) is not compatible with the upcoming Service Pack 1 for FSX! If you install FSX SP1, you should uninstall FS Recorder for FSX 1.3 beta 1, otherwise FSX might crash to desktop!
I will release an updated version, as soon as I have it ready.
Regards,
Matthias

My Specs AMD64 3500 +, 2GB Ram, 256 6800 GT card.
Sliders set mostly to the right except for a few which are a notch down such as Terrain res set to 38m and textures to 2m. Traffic settings and others set lower
Did a circuit around default wellington and here are results:
end of runway - before 13 fps after 20 fps
climbout - before 16 fps after 25 fps
looking out side over city - before 11 fps after 21 fps
approach - before 13 fps after 21 fps
Net result - a big gain
