I'm looking to update my Project AI Library, but how do I know what I have and haven;t got?

You decompile the PAI traffic files in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\World\scenery" with Traffic Tools, and look through the aircraft.txt files.
Or start again, and this time copy each install to a folder like this:
