Here we go...

...at last!

It's going up to Avsim in a few moments (once I've done the readme). Time to post final screenies first. Airport/Altiport is a freeware addon by "neuroflight". As I have a photo of this plane on the ground there, I thought I'd use this as the photoshoot starting airfield.

This paint was one of themost difficult I have ever done. There's no guidelines given to draw the "wraparound" curves of the fuselage side trim lines around the lower rear fuselage, so... several days of trial and error. Anyway...

Enjoy.

Looks cool dude. Not sure quite what's up with that airport though!

Ah, sorry. The paint is free - the plane isn't. It's payware from Aerosoft.

I'll go along with you on the airport though - but there is a real world one in the French Alps and steeply sloping runways are a challenge for "normal" FS9 users. This one is almost 20 degrees. Landing there is "interesting".

A short while ago, I posted the Cheyenne and said that I wasn't perfectly happy with the way the fuselage side stripes wrap around the rear lower fuselage.

Well, the maker heard my pleas and gave me a spot of help. First tries are looking good and I now know the curve ratios.

I've done a rough fix and this is satisfactory - although still not perfect - but it can be seen and does at the very least, make the rear view look a bit better. Future Cheyenne paints will be much improved - my thanks to Tobias Ahlbrecht for listening to my moans and for helping me above and beyond the normal expected level of a modeller.

If you would like the modified texture, pleas go to this thread in the forum I use most of the time:

simflight forums

The improved texture is at the end of that post.

If you want to use the improved texture, just unzip it into the texture.hbnl folder.

Thanks to all those who downloaded this paint so far.
