That has a very long way to go, indeed. Quickest fix would be to cap the tourist influx, job done. It's happening all over Europe and elsewhere, we could learn something from this.
I agree with Charl on this. Hopefully it never sees the light of day. It will destroy the area. The amount of industry and housing needed to support it will be vast and have a significant impact on the fragile ecosystem. This increased number of tourists is simply not sustainable.
