Sorry I can't tell you what my secret is as I don't know myself I do have the odd day every now and then that I feel my old age but most of the time I just feel like me
I get up 6.30am and drive the wife to work for her 7am start come home and go back to bed for another 2 or 3 hrs then I pick her up at midday we have lunch and she has a couple of hrs sleep then I take her back to work at 3.30pm do the house chores and about 9.30pm set to and cook a dinner for us both and at midnight I go pick her up from work again we have our dinner and its off to bed again until 6.30 and start the whole thing over again and that goes on for about 4 or 5 days when she does get a couple of days off
Also we are in the process of adopting a little Fijian girl so that will keep me on my toes and very busy
Maria just spent a month in Fiji getting to know baby Maria and we expect to go and bring her back here in a couple of months time once the adoption has been finalized and we can get her a passport

If I look younger than you I most certainly don't feel younger than you but I think that by keeping the mind busy most certainly helps and in couple of months it will be getting a lot busier with a 2yrold to look after
