This is my kind of plane. This is how the ancestry reads like Fi 156, Fieseler Storch, Jakowlew Jak 12, PZL 101 "Gawron". She is a small Polish high-wing monoplane with STOL characteristics and a very powerful engine, as she was also intended for towing gliders. She is a real jewel in terms of flying and execution. It dates fIn New Zealand, as far as I know, attempts have been made with this aircraft as a replacement helicopter and tried it out at the RNZAF, but decided otherwise. I don't know what became of the two machines and, to be honest, I don't know if there are still active machines of this type in New Zealand.rom the 1970s, has been extensively converted and modernized, and is still on the road a lot today. I know them from the GDR, where they are used by the GST (Society for Sport and Technology) and by Interflug as an agricultural aircraft.

Now they are also available in MSFS. The price is steep for such a small thing. But you also get a small British farm strip.
