Yes, if you can learn how to use the MCDU, then it makes flying the Airbus a lot easier.

Took me longer than intended learning how to fly the default Airbus 320, but have now moved onto the FlyByWire version. The MCDU honours most of the functionality, and more control panel buttons seem to work.

I've also given up using the default ATC, and now using FSHUD. Nice piece of software, but still in its early days. On NZ routes it's fine, but I found on the North American routes it can do some funny things.

Handy guide thanks Irfan.

Also enjoyed watching your VATSIM flight video from SBJR to SBSP. Looks like some good ATC coverage, will have to join that one weekend. I agree tho the instructions you got re 02/20 did seem a little confusing?

I've been flying offline around Brazil a lot lately using a bunch of cool freeware sceneries, also bought Paulo Ricardo's Campinas (SBKP) and Rio (SBRJ). Am also thinking of picking up a few of Camilo's "freemium" sceneries for Brazil, the detail in these is as good as a lot of pay ware stuff, seems like he charges about $5 USD each, do you have any of them?

No, that's first time I've heard about Camilo. $5 is not bad. I'll be holding back on spending a bit. I don't want to clutter MSFS with addons.

Thank you for enjoying the flight. It's the easiest route for me. I've flown it in X-Plane 11 and MSFS. About the instructions, somebody left a similar comment on YouTube, was that you? To be honest I try to read back whatever instructions I understand and normally the ATC corrects me if I'm wrong. For example, on final approach when they give you the wind speed and directions along with "clear to land", all of that goes over my head as I'm too tense and trying to concentrate. All I readback is "Cleared to land" and my callsign.

I like the FBW A320 too. I had been using the Toliss A319 in X-Plane 11 so it wasn't difficult to transition to A32NX. There's still a lot more to learn and less time. Also I've got a variety of planes and systems to wrap my head around.
