That aircraft has FLY BY WIRE, HIGHLY ACCURATE NAVIGATION SYSTEM, ADVANCED AUTO-PILOT and there is a helmet similar to the AH64D helmet which can see through fog and bad weather. The FLY BY WIRE is part of a group of aircraft whose FLY BY WIRE is now CODED so some helicopters in New Zealand could benefit from it. They have to talk to Boeing about it. It is very cheap, that CH53K can land on a moving ships pitching deck in rough weather on AUTOPILOT. Its navigation is pinpoint, it will land on a ship at an exact point but it involves the ship being surveyed just once. For runways with that technology they have to survey the runway and then all aircraft including Airliners can land exactly where they want to land. For a moving aircraft carrier in rough weather an F35B on AUTO-PILOT AUTO-LAND CARRIER SUBMODE it is the NUMBER 3 WIRE every time! It is more accurate than ACLS and someone in New Zealand invented it. That helmet can see a ship in fog and IFR conditions. The helmet is called the SCORPION HELMET and it is very light and has a long list of features, they are not wearing the new Helmet in this video. It is better than JHCMS.
