Group VFR Flight from Waihi Beach to Matamata the long way - Sunday, 15 May 2022

Here's an invitation to join our group VFR flight on the evening of 15 May 2022 (Sunday) starting at 7.30pm (NZDT).

Departing from mighty Waihi Beach Aerodrome (NZWV), and ending up at Matamata Aerodrome (NZMA).
First stop along the way will be a landing at Pauanui Beach (NZUN).
Then a short hop to Whitianga (NZWT) before flying north to Great Barrier Island (NZGB) for refreshments.
Then we fly south for brief touch and goes at Coromandel (NZCX) and Thames (NZTH).
The final leg is across the Hauraki Plains to land at Matamata.

Should take about 2 hours. Suits GA aircraft.

Flying will be in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
Server is South East Asia.
Time set is 1200 hours (noon NZT)

Using Discord 'Long White Cloud' Server for voice traffic. Please try and have voice available. It makes its easier for everyone to know what's going on.

Had some hairy moments with the wind, and quirks with post SU9 glitches such as distorted ORBX mesh.
