Cloud texture question

Do any of you Chaps or Chapets know of any freeware stuff that works like REX ....Im not interested in live Wx. I just want to fluff up the fluffys, sky textures etc a bit in p3d (3&4)
Orbx injects some themes into p3d, but I would like more.
I have Rex envrioforce 2020 , but I cant get the bloody thing to work ...what the hell is a bootstrapper?
Anyway, thats what Im after for now.

I've never struck this, because of the way I install stuff. Seems it has been causing problems since 2015!!

I know you asked for freeware mate, but I recently bought REX Sky Force 3D to use with my P3d v3 install and super happy with it, really impressive.
I also have Active Sky 3d as it has an early release install for P3d v5 which is also amazing

(yes I'm running v3 and v5 so can use the older aircraft and scenery)

deeknow, cheers dude ....I was only asking for freeware because of the frustration with the Rex install, I'll pick away at it this weekend and let you know.
