I've declined the invitation because it would be too boring, but I can see you perched there for a month Marty, in front of a photomosaic of a zillion FS screenshots!

I think monthly NZFF banners should be reserved for professional real life pilots or employees of aircraft/airport scenery software companies and flight sim magazines or real life airport staff members such as marshalls or airport controllers or so on.

Me?? I am darn simple flight simmer who just makes darn pretty screenshots to brighten days of all viewers!

If we could get enough Pilots and airside working members to participate it would be fine but as we have run out of all those willing to feature on our banner we are now asking all our members to think about doing a month on the banner. It doesn't matter what your profession is - it is still great to know who you are and what you do or what your hobby is.
So please consider contacting me via PM and let us build up a list members to feature on the banner.
At the moment we don't have anyone for next month's banner so need a member to step forward ASAP so we can get the June banner set up.

I agree with you. You are right but I feel that famous toprob should get honor of being on monthly banner FIRST before we merely simple flight simmers get chance to be on monthly banners. Would you agree?

He has already been approached plus several others and they are waiting for the right time to participate.
There are also a few more pilots that I have contacted who don't want to feature on the banner.
So as you can see I have put in a hell of a lot of time and work contacting members who we think should be featuring on the banner only to have them turn down the offer or some not even replying to my messages to them.
If we don't get more members to come forward the banner might become another casualty through the lack of member interest just like the monthly competition did.
That is the reason we are now asking members who would like to feature on the banner and let the rest of the members know who they are and what their interests or hobbies are to PM me.
