NZHA Hawera scenery

Anybody got a version for FSX. I thought I could recall someone had a version, but can't find it anywhere. Of course it could be a wisp of my imagination. You get that in the later years LOL.

Hi Doug , Thanks for that, I will have another go with a reload up tonight, but with an initial attempt I couldn't get FSX to see it even though it was activated in the scenery. Did you or do you have it going yourself?

Hi Doug, I managed to find NZHA but it is F9 and the flattens etc are incorrect for FSX,.

Also just loaded your karamea and notice I have some different houses and no trees to speak of. Is it because I am running FSX and not ORBX perhaps. Just wondering.. I was comparing with the jpg files that came with the Karamea upload zip file.

Cheers.

No it shouldn't make any difference whether you are running ORBX, VLC or just FSX I am not sure what is going on there.
Have you got just the West Coast towns or the whole Wet Coast on your PC and have you got them activated in your Scenery library?

Hello Doug, Just a bit confused...I have got West Coast 2.36 Gig and also have Karamea available not installed at 1.39 gig, Using VLC which I understand also has NZKM files in VLC S Airfields. I wonder If I need different static object libraries. Certainly the dwellings in your Karamea screen shot have different style of buildings. Also activated and placed in addon scenery folder.

Have You got your West Coast and all your other photo scenery above your VLC in the scenery library?

Yes VLC & is sitting above I'll keep scratching away with this until I get a solution, I hate being baffled.

Any and all ideas welcome!

I was a bit surprised to find I had three Karamea sceneries, all active.

Karamea @ Scenery Library 85:
Karamea.bgl 10-09-2014, NZKM.Bgl 21-04-2014

VLC_Airfields, @ SL 170:
NZKM_ADEX_VLC.BGL 10-11-2010, NZKM_ADEX_VLC-CVX.BGL 10-11-2010

West Coast @ SL 56:
000_NZKM.Bgl 05-01-2017, 001_Karamea.bgl 05-01-2017

Obviously, West Coast should overwrite Karamea, which should in turn have overwritten the VLC Airfields one - but there could be some leftovers lying around. Mine looks like this:-

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Change your West Coast to the top # 81 or lower it should be a lower # than your VLC you won't need the Karamea as it is included with the West Coast.
Also in your Settings Display where have you got your Autogen density slider set?

Hmm, no change with only VLC airfields, WestCoast upload, and default selection. I tried vlc autogen switch on /off, no change. . is there any chance you can pop on down to Karamea and check if the trees have died. This is a mystery to me. The jpg shot that comes with West Coast file still shows trees around the runway end dwelling/s. I only have the top down non 3D photo. Much different than emfrat's posted image 004. Also shows a different style of house.

I appreciate your help. Maybe just give it away. as a gremlin living in the Motherboard. Very Strange though.

I have checked my West Coast and all the agn is working fine and yes my houses etc are different to the ones in your pic I will load up my VLC Airfields and see if that is the problem.
