The Goose and Wigeon's did get quite a bit of fame in the 1960/70's in parts of New Zealand , one well know Kiwi pilot 'Fred Ladd' with his humorous antics and jokes with the passengers.

I know! This is the WWII version, the warbird has a different serial. I may do that as well one day if you like?

Nice paints JK , that metal Spitty , Sir Tim Wallis's looked just like that when it first debuted in New Zealand , he also crash landed breaking the propeller , during the repairs it finally scored its camouflage paint .

That dose look brilliant , this must have the era QANTAS in the late 1960's went to the orange livery, obviously handed over to Fiji airways .
