Nice one, Greg - I'm still better at picking a winner than creating one

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

I said to you just before on you visit ... the format really works, from the book you gave me Marty and my first impression , look how close it is.

Thanks guys. This was one of those spur of the moment entries and I had used the default Microsoft sail-plane so was pleasantly surprised to find that it was the winning entry (though by the smallest of margins) and black and white as well!

It just goes to show that it's not always the flashiest or latest aircraft/scenery that's needed. However, as Dean mentioned I also don't know what the secret ingredient is to be sure of a win - well, one things for sure, if you don't enter you can't win.

Sorry Adam, I only just noticed that we chose the same area for our screen shots. I assure you I wasn't trying to copy you, it's just the Omarama and the surrounding area is where I used to do my summer gliding flights when I was in my 20's so it's the natural place to choose for me.
