Cheers. That's actually a default library object which I've placed, but it looks like it might be switching to fallback colours. I'm not sure why, I haven't come across that before, it might be a FSX DX10 issue -- do you use DX10?

theres this line running through as seen in this image




and in this image the exit off the runway doesn't seem right

Yes, that line was a by-product of the way the photo scenery was made back then.
And yeah, the taxiway pretty much looks like that, although my runway looks very different, but I can't for the life of me remember how I placed the runway...
I would think that your installation is ok, the only odd thing is the missing texture on the default library object which you mentioned first, but that is probably something to do with your FSX install.

oh ok. thats good to know. thought something may have goofed with my install

yeah the runway does look very defaultish in mine . i saw on the video it did look a lot darker. if u remember pls let me know

also just one final thing . theres a bit of elevation on the road running parallel with runway on the southern side. ive seen that on the video too

I've done a complete re-install off everything here , most issues you have are part and parcel of FS , a lot has to do with your mesh settings.
