Carenado CT182T Issue

Can anyone replicate the following? Carenado is claiming that they cannot....

I recently purchased the CT182T (Carenado's Cessna 182 Turbo with a G1000) and cannot get the inner knob on the lower right of the Multi-Function Display (moving map) to work in the VC - only the larger/outer knob.

What sim are you having issues with? It works fine for me in P3D V2.5.
