In that case, i could happily live with someone doing a paintjob of ZK-RTA in her more well known Ansett Air Freight livery...............

The 600 is the same as 100-300 with a strengthened floor as with the 400 and with longer eloe's and low pressure wheels for rough field operations tho are and can be retrofitted , course the higher powered Dart - all in all the FOKKERS bar the 500 and the early short nose 100s are all very much the same.

This is one i will be looking into as well as 3 others (ZK-BXH ANZ Engineering, ZK-BXE GOA WAY, ZK-BXI, Yellow Top) if there any other F27s that have operated in NZ that are rare or unusual (should only be one or 2 of the livery painted ideally and must not be a MK500) then let me know as i may not have found all of them

Already in the works - as announced before:

I've decided to go for a lighter shade of blue, as seen here:

Source: http://w.aussieairliners.org/f-27os/new ... zkbxf.html

Funny thing about the upper edge of the blue cheatline:
Once it's adjusted to match the upper cargo door frame as it should, it's getting slighty too high on the rear end. Of course the aft air scoop is modeled a bit too big, but look at the tail cone:
On the real aircraft, the upper edge of the blue line sits quite on the middle of the "sting", whereas I'll end up way too high with the sim model.
Hard to get rid of that...

Cheers,
Markus.

If I could say one thing, looking at the photo and the screenie, maybe a little lighter on the weathering around the windows. It's standing out considerably to me, just my two cents, apart from that looking sweet

Edit: second look the red , very sure that was a fire extinguish panel.

Forget about it, mate!
As the nacelle textures are used for both engines, it's getting flipped to the other side, thus being not readable at least on one nacelle anyway.
I should have realized this earlier, sorry for bothering... :(

The font size has been reduced to unreadable stutter, now serving both sides.

Cheers,
Markus.

I'll have a play with the metal on your paints when released , no bother .. its still a new Fokker and pleased there in so much interest , least its out there and people going nuts about it , without encouragement things don't grow .... this is a force to be recognized .... Fokker Friendship :)

Does anyone have those 3 repaints by Tupolev114 on page 4 of this thread, pretty old thread but I saw them while browsing for nz repaints for the JF F27
and if possible I'd like them
they are repaints of CivAir ZK-DCA and ZK-DCB with the Mt Cook lily on her red tail
and ZK-RTA in the Rex Aviation scheme

Thanks

Sorry missed seeing the content of the question on this one, another year's gone by resurrected post with some legendary NZFF names against a legendary NZ Aircraft.

The NZGARepaints Facebook page with links on page 4 under Tupolev114 appears to have been closed off and can now be found on a re-created Facebook page New Zealand Aviation Repaints and Photography that has not been updated in recent times.

In the beginning of 2018 they moved to a new website for everyone to view and download their repaints from. Also note worthy is that requests for Repaints can now be made via the form on the new website.

Here's the new website link for New Zealand General Aviation Repaints NZGAR

Feel free to check out the now not so new website as it has a large range of Aircraft Developer listed by Flight Sim platform for NZ Aircraft Repaints on this website available for free download from their Google Drive setup.

Specifically what you're after is the F27 Repaint's By Ethan Ward which can be found directly here Just Flight Fokker F27 CivAir ZK-DCA, Mount Cook ZK-DCB (red tail) ZK-BXF (white tail) and Rex Aviation ZK-RTA

Click on the Fokker F27 image of what you want to Download this opens the image up larger then click on the Go to link wording underneath to open up the Google Drive Zip file page and download from there.

As a side note if anyone is interested, the real life ZK-DCA Civair - was in service with New Zealand Government hence the DC part of the original registration means designated and reserved for the NZ Government and ownership in this case was through the Ministry of Transport Flight Navigational Aid Calibration Service. Which used the fitted out Calibration equipment F27 that was based out of NZPP Paraparaumu, at the location now known as the Kapiti Coast Airport Terminal Hanger Building on the Western Apron. The Hanger was built as a bit of a MOT Government Department white elephant rebuild project constructed in 1984 directly behind what was the original post war MOT Cal Flight tin roof hanger. It eventually saw the MOT Calibration Flight Service Team disbanded through Government reform in the mid 80's with State Owned Enterprises becoming the norm with the creation of Airways NZ and a separate Civil Aviation Authority CAA .

ZK-DCA Civair was eventually sold to the Pakistan Navy as AR-NZZ/44 in September 1994.

Hope this helps.

Radar88, thanks so much for the updates, and your time, it's very much appreciated. I've downloaded all the F27 repaints that I wanted from the links that you provided and will go back there for another browse later.
I am sorry I sounded mean when I said that this place was dead and needed resuscitation and I am sorry and apologize for that if I have caused offence.
