Postby dnkiwi » Mon May 11, 2015 11:27 am

Hi guys can anyone shed any light on a question I have please so far this weekend I have had a flight of 2 Iroquois and 2 of the new Nh90's doing a circuit flight around my house I don't mind them do it and am loving the mix of low level and slow flights I have a couple of distant pictures of the Nh90(camera batteries were flat )hence why they are distant by time I got some new batteries and would like to know if any one here can shed some light on what they are up to or what's brought them down my way

Hey ya Jason , between having a 'Royal' here and the disbanding/retirement of the Iroquois maybe the answer . The ole 'Prince of Stewart Island' least prob what he called now.

Hi Ian It seems Prince Harry is down my way already which might explain the 2 NH90 in close formation im not sure if he had any meet and greets in Invercargill today but if this is anything to go by it seems they are making good time would have loved for them come just a tad closer to my place for a good shot of the Nh90 its one of the perks of having my parents place right in the middle of the Invercargill flight paths so they have no choice but to fly right over head :) would have loved to meet the guy even if from a distance but for now I will make do a pic I took of his older brother and his wife
