Question about new website layout ?

Postby dnkiwi » Fri Mar 20, 2015 9:03 pm

hi guys what I would I like to know is there a way to show the sub topics in each of the main groups similar the old sites layout where u could have a quick glance at the board index and see for example : general discussion then the name of the leading post I just ask because its something I found familiar and very easy to navigate where as here I'm still a bit lost at finding my way through the different topics .if I have this in the wrong section please feel free to move it I hope I have explained it so someone will know what I mean.

many thanks

I don't think that Charl meant to imply that this was a similar way to view the site, but it is a better way for most people. It seems that the best thing going for the old way was that it was familiar, but to me it never made sense -- you still have to go into sub-forums to see what's new, apart from a single new post shown on the main page, whereas if you bookmark and use the 'unread posts' link you will always see every new post, and you won't need to wade through subforums.
