"There were also air force personal trainers giving the public a taste of the physical fitness required in the air force - people could take part in physical challenges. "
Well that currently cancels me out then, helping one move out on Sunday only to lift a BBQ - bloody near killed me, shows what happens after not doing anything, I was able to do that "Krypton Factor" course at Burnham Army camp and I was up and to do it with the best of them.

By the way, that BBQ was friggen huge, least I could balance it for the chap.

That article is a load of cr@p - there was no personal trainers only a couple of army guys writing on a board how many press-ups the kids could do.
And thats not all the cr@p either - the hercules merely stopped on the tarmac well away from the crowd for about 10 mins with engines running while they took on a couple of people and then it was off, and the King Air wasn't even at the airport

Bloody media hype! angry.gif
