Sorry to bother you all .... well Im not really , but i have a little problem.
Ive lost unsure.gif the exe file for my ifly 73 .... looked everywhere , i normally store them all in the same place ... but.
If got the little file with the proof of purchase /order # etc .
Problem is , i log into my account at Flight1 and i cant find the order history bit ....$55 USD ...jeez.
Is there an order history area , or do i now enter the murky customer support world ... will keep trying.

Maybe just download it again ... ask for a new key, they can see ive paid .... should have thought about that first ...duh , bad day .

It should be fairly straight forward.
Try doing this. I'm assuming you are a forum member.
There should be a key on yr system that should have all the information required when you download and install the product again.....and a great product it is too.

Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

Always pays to download the latest version anyway. I've reinstalled FSX and FS9 to a new windows recently so the Flight1 servers took a pounding from me re-downloading all the latest files for me to reinstall biggrin.gif Thankfully for me I upload all my key files and relevant proof of purchase things like serials etc to online storage like Google Drive or Dropbox as well, just to keep them safe and in one place.

I keep all the details of my keys, proof of purchase info, dates, etc, everything, written down in my special paper notebook....

...and stored in Fort Knox for safe keeping!

I never trust my computer.....or the Internet, for storing important/vital information!

Paul....my savings are buried in my back garden for safe keeping.... winkyy.gif ...!

Aren't you lucky it wasn't Megaupload then!

I have them saved in my email, and on cd/dvd as well Paul so no worries there biggrin.gif
Yes, very glad it wasn't megaupload! I know they hosted things they shouldn't, but shutting it down without warning was pretty unfair for all the legitimate files stored by people. I didn't use that site personally however to store anything, so I'm glad for that. Dropbox is so brilliant by the way. I store files that I am working on in my PC's dropbox folder, and when I click 'save', the new version automatically uploads to the online back up as well. Highly recommend
