This is normally caused by an extra AFCAD-style file for NZWB. This can be tricky to track down, so if is probably best to search your FSX installation for 'NZWB' and see what comes up. You should have two for RealNZ -- both called AF2_NZWB.bgl, one in Scenery\World\Scenery, and one in RealNZmarlborough\scenery.
If you can't see these, or there is anthing extra, let me know.
OK, the problem is that my NZ Marlborough is puyt on from a backup of the installed files in the NZ MARLB. direct5ory, the original disk was lost when I shifted about four years ago

Quite a few years back, I had problems with a helicopter AI add-on, which wrought havoc with the RBE 20m mesh, in quite a few places.
Yes, this has always been a big issue, AI addons can include airport facilities updates (AFCADs for FS9) to add parking spaces, but these also have a hard-coded elevation, which will mess with any other elevations. So you really need to do a tidy-up after installing anything like this, making sure that any custom facilities files are not duplicated by the AI addon.
Alister -- since I tweak the Woodbourne elevation, there are normally a few files which work together to set the new elevation -- as you figured, there's one in Addon Scenery\Scenery and one in Scenery\World\Scenery. There is also a flatten in the realNZmarl\Scenery folder. Losing any one of these would mess things up, as well as the issue with conflicting AFCADs. Since FSX, the Addon Scenery\Scenery AFCAD is now kept with the rest of the airport scenery, which helps with some things, but removes the ability to just check the Addon Scenery\Scenery folder for duplicates.
Since an airport like this needs to be forced flat, there will always be at least one edge which doesn't match the elevation. These days there are ways to minimise this, but for FS9 it was more difficult.

10 Squirrels? Was made specifically for RBE and Godzone sceneries.
There were 2 issues in that package:
I goofed in Auckland and left in the rooftop helipad on the ASB building which sucked up Robin's photoreal.
(You needed to bin the AFCAD) I still haven't figured out why.
And Queen's wharf in Wellington sucked up the sea level locally too. There was a patch for that.
All the GNZLAP AFCADs followed RBE.
And as long as you had the original RealNZ Scenery\World\Scenery file, there was no issue, ever.
That one was needed for some reason to "nail down" the base elevations.Last edited by Charl on Tue Feb 18, 2014 10:21 am, edited 1 time in total.

Charl, I think my memory is at fault here - I did not start out with Godzone + the RBE mesh, so it was the default mesh at that time. My apologies.

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'
