Havnt had much time this weekend, getting there.

Hopefully next weekend. Be quicker if things lined up better, Purchased Abacus FS repaint. its not that good, doesnt diplay wings or engines??? but at least is does teh fuselage saves me reloading fsx every 5 minutes.

Looking good MJ cool.gif , wish you asked about FS-repaint , great for FS9 but for a lot of the later FSX that five years back it just would not do what was asked off it .

I only wanted it to render the plane . it does the fuselage and that is the hardest part, as i said, saves me restarting fsx every 5 minutes I actulalluy use the gimp. one program does the whole thing even to dxt5 conversion. Not as hard as i thought kust need to learn the tools.

It's not the size it used to be, when I started there in 1968...about 20+ years ago, one of my hats had 'Master Scheduler' on it. Best train set I ever played with biggrin.gif

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Nice, they seemed to change the paints a bit. Most photos dont show the "new zealand" below the airline title, the other one i am doing has 2 schemes, sticking to the blue one, havnt quiet figured out how i am going to attack this one.

Thanks

That photo was dated in the very early 70's , what a lot of people don't know was on the HS748s in the first few months they had "New Zealand" above Mount Cook Airlines ... it sorta looked out place .
