I was think off the early Sanitarium Weetbix aeroplane cards for one , one in particular the DC-8 crossing the Southern Alps dating back to around 1966/7 and even then in the pack of your Brecky serial come a little well sculptured metallic grey DC-8 .. in my first years of school all i wanted to play with ... no smoke but sure as hell come out with noise

Ahhhhh.... HJG , I have a hard drive full of thier stuff . Some of those "8" freighters are just great.... but as you said , in FS9 ..... Bring on the newIan Warren wrote:QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Jul 25 2013,12:19 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>It dose look a superb model , mention of Full details of models, liveries and features coming soon... she would look mighty fine with at any airport coming to you

Andy , think it will look great screened in the early Air New Zealand scheme to its opposite number the QANTAS CS707 , I recall when i was only 8/9 years old we had a border staying with us and he loved going out to the airport himself , a typical cold winters day when i watched a very smokey DC-8 fly out of Christchurch - just one memories that stuck in my brain case .Last edited by Ian Warren on Sat Jul 27, 2013 9:26 am, edited 1 time in total.

Boeing Douglas Lockheed , some reason I'm very pro American , think its the culture , nah same as OZ and the NZ , the Nuclear Power , ... the DC-8 .. really was the last of the Douglas transports or any type of that company's design name .. it is a very pretty aircraft .

Naaaah ... easy peasy, come on .. you off all people JK
... The Viscount was a little testing , moved onto the DC-6 and they changed a little , the tail stalled me for a while - come to think i'd better get that T.E.A.L paint polish it and plop it out there and my 'City of Christchurch' US Navy VX-6 Six , Just-Flight have changed the mapping and found it so much easier.
