Jeezz what a week for electric problems , first a car , now the pc ....well fsx anyway.
All going good until this arvo ....thought i would take the colt for a fly.... wrong sad.gif all good untill the load process gets to 29% .... then nothing. 30mins later "30%" and so on.

Re booted (many times)....the same ....WTH ? fs9 is fine.

Marty , delete all your old flights or place them into a seperate folder from 'My Documents' , sound like there was a corrupted fight causing this , .. if that dose not work delete the FSX.Cfg from your AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/FSX folder , restart FSX and let it rebuild a new Cfg.

Ok .... will give it a spin ....but it may end up in a visit ....with my pc winkyy.gif

That has happened to me a few times now, a clean install gets rid of it (from what i remember) hope that helps.

That is not a problem .. we can quickly set things up and go thru places to stop check and fix on your system so to show what your looking at it ... its easy for you to revert back or source the problem . cool.gif

Yea, i found that it takes me about 8 hours to install every thing again ohmy.gif not very fun.

Think i got it sorted .... did a system restore (before i started deleting) and its fine. Did a full defrag ... dumped about 4gb of cr@p as well ....fingers crossed.
