Im sure Barf will look after you .... Had a guy down from AKL yesterday taking pics of every part of the Mustang for a project up there . If you do get in the Hudson, You'll be amazed at how much they did put into it .... 100% complete now....just a shame no one can see it .

So... what's happening these days with the 'back lawn' at Wigram? Have they turned into houses yet? Seems the ideal time?
Or is is just land sitting idle when there should be a runway still there in operation?
I notice just the same grass view behind the Mustang shot.

A large area is going to be kept as a park at the mo , model planes were flying there this morning which is pleasing , don't recall the acreage 'Barf' mentioned when Ade P was here but they keeping a fair bit , Dave , one of the Southern DC-3 pilots was measuring it up to put a Dak in to bring tourists into the Museum but the tribe was'nt going to have any of it .

Those pics take me back to simpler times when I used to clean them on weekends. Many a early morning climbing on the P51 getting rid of all the dust.

i would think an easier way to dust would be to fire the mustang up tongue.gif would certainly remove the dust, and add a lovely note to the morning!!

great shots thanks for posting
