GPS with Navigraph-Support?

I am looking for a better Addon-GPS, with the option to use a Navgraph-Database. Online Flying in Europe is with the Standart-GPS not really cool, if You can´t use updated Data-Bases for Your GPS, relevant for actual IFR-Flying and realistic procedures for departure and arrivel. Who can help?
