Was there one landing at the Air Force Museum or CHC today Ian? Came overhead school at 11:00, 1500 or so.

Joe , she come in from the west , we .. and the Museum crew stood waited and around 11.04 she popped in around hanger No.2 , behind the tower .. YIP its the best AIR FORCE buy for many years . smile.gif

Chatting t the crew .. all my friends at , The Wigram Air Force World , felt like i was on red carpet , just simply impressive ! cool.gif A best great day for a long time !

Lotta fun , that little chap ... getting a hand up by mom .. all he wanted was a big hat like the drivers use .. and kept pointing them out biggrin.gif ..... i now want a big hat .... unsure.gif

Apparently an Aussie MRH-90 was spotted in Auckland today.

The MRH s are very similar to the NHs only adjusted for the combat mode , few questions i asked the crew at Wiggy last week .. good HU for the Aucklanders smile.gif

They are getting to be old class of ships , best known in the Royal Navy during the 1982 Falklands War .. Sir G , and Sir T both hit by air attacks during troop landings .

Gas .. Fuel .. JP-4/5 .. I don't no But the stuff that keeps the engines going .. the range , pretty Helicopters all we need is weapons on them but they are still going thru an evaluation .. Crew members only on board ..tried to get a ride home winkyy.gif
